I found my new workout routine with this Pilates bar! I’ve used it 2 weeks, been eating healthy and can see the changes already. I wish it came with a video but found many routines to follow on YouTube. Highly recommend! You don’t have to go fast or over exert yourself. The tension cables work at your pace and level. I wish I found this a long time ago!

I love this just got it 2 days ago and a lot of the machines I would use at the gym I can mimic with this!! Even add some additional resistance bands too since it’s kind of universal when it comes to the hooks on those. I love this, it was a great buy
